My name is Patrick Leveque and I have returned home to Marin County after performing in the Phantom of the Opera in Las Vegas. I have been teaching voice and music lessons for 8 years and I am accepting students at my Mill Valley studio. Please contact me for the exact address.

I hold a B.A. in Theater and a B.A. in Music from Santa Clara University. I also hold a Master's Degree from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. I have had the opportunity to perform professionally over the past 14 years and in addition to my performing career, I would now like to pass my experiences and my love of music on to my students.

It is my firm belief that music is something that truly enriches our lives. It is also my belief that the creation of music is something that we can cultivate at any point and we should be able to have it with us through the entirety of our lives. That is why I only teach healthy and safe ways of practicing and performing.

In teaching voice, I focus on proper breath utilization and the healthy development of each student's natural tone quality and musicianship. In teaching piano, I focus on a "chordal" style so that students learn to sing and play for themselves through self accompaniment. I also have the ability to record a student singing when desired. When I teach basic piano, I focus on sight-reading skills that are reinforced by ear training.

My rates vary depending on the age and experience of each student. I offer both 30 minute 45 minute and 1 hour lessons. I offer a free introductory lesson to each student so that we can both determine if my studio is a good fit.
