Official Music Video for “Where Are You Christmas” by Voctave NEW HOLIDAY ALBUM ‘The Spirit of the Season:
Here is a magical moment from our Christmas last year, when we performed the beautiful 'Shepherd's Carol' by Bob Chilcott on television, in King's College Chapel - the very place for which it was written. The next time we sang this piece was 2 days later, in recording sessions for our new album: Christmas Carols with The King's Singers.
We love this beautiful song and all of the names and words used to describe our Savior, Jesus Christ. "Precious promise," "heaven's glory in a manger," "hope forever." Christ is the promised Messiah. Long ago He came to save, and today He saves us still.
“A Chance To Fly” - Wicked Medley a cappella cover from VoicePlay ft. Rachel Potter and Emoni Wilkins.

[mix]tape a cappella's first annual Halloween video! We really love the haunting qualities of this song, and were inspired by another arrangement by Harrison Acosta. Filmed at Haunted Overload in Lee, NH
"Into the Unknown" is the main theme from Over the Garden Wall, an amazing cartoon miniseries from 2014. We love how it captures the autumn/halloween vibe. Composed by Patrick McHale and originally performed by Jack Jones.
The main message of the song is that we can't know what someone else may have experienced or what it might be like to walk in their shoes, and that sometimes, it's best just to listen, and (hopefully) learn. It's a clapback at the people who insist that misogyny isn't a problem, that racism doesn't exist, or that discrimination isn't real. For the visuals we decided to enlist the help of several friends and colleagues of different ages, religions, sexual orientations, nationalities, races and genders. We were so grateful that they were willing to help us out. You can find all their names at the end of the video and listed below.

When words fail, don’t speak. Break into a friend’s studio. Experiment with lighting, fog, and dirty lenses. Put on some grungy old clothes. Smear your lipstick, and make a music video that tells the world how you really feel.

There's nothing like some pirate metal to float your boat, and we had SO much fun making this video! - We took over a beautiful local pub, filled it to the brim with all manner of unsuspecting victims (guests), and then hit them with our pirate flash mob, and soon everyone in the place was singing and dancing like we're in Tortuga!
This is our cover of Paul Simon's classic 1975 hit, Fifty ways to leave your lover. The arrangement was created for us by Andrew Pryce Jackman, and it features on our latest EP release of close harmony tracks, The Library, Vol. 3 (smarturl.it/LibraryVol3). The film was shot at London's Asylum Chapel, May 2021.

A little ditty about Pirates, Grog, and what happens when booze controls your ship!
Stand Up is the theme song from the 2019 movie Harriet, celebrating the courage of Underground Railroad conductor, abolitionist, suffragist, spy, and activist Harriet Tubman. After her own successful escape, Harriet Tubman s repeated trips back into the south to bring enslaved people to freedom remind us that none of us are free until all of us are free.
We call on her strength and spirit now as we hold strong and strive together for justice during challenging times.
We recorded this in October 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, in separate locations around the Bay Area.
