This poem by John Keats has been set into a cycle of eight songs for baritone and piano which was commissioned by Suzie Kovner for her husband Bruce in commemoration of his 65th birthday. Songs include: My heart aches - O, for a draught - Fade far away - Away! away! - I cannot see what flowers - Darkling I listen - Thou wast not born for death - Adieu!
