Community Chorus

Based in Duxbury, MA

The chorus is predominately a group of amateurs who delight in singing and delighting others. We are an all-volunteer group who welcome others to join us. There are no auditions. Although the ability to read music is very helpful and welcomed, it is not a requirement. Randy McGee, our director, and the amazingly talented Stephen Bergman, our accompanist, work with us to bring out the best that we can be for two highly popular concerts every year. Come sing with us, have a little fun and share some wonderful music with others.

SHCC sings music that is fun to learn and fun to sing. We do two major concerts and more when possible, each year that include seasonal favorites at Christmas and selections from Broadway, film scores, Americana, and the American song book in the spring.
