Community Chorus We are the Peninsula Musical Arts Association, formed to support community-based musical groups on the mid-peninsula. Based in Foster City, California, our nonprofit corporation consists of volunteers from communities all over the Peninsula who participate in our two performing groups: "Foster City Community Chorus" and "Heart & Soul". In cooperation with the Foster City Parks and Recreation Department, we strive to bring to the community an appreciation of a broad range of musical literature.
