Childrens Chorus

Based in Palatine, IL

The Palatine Children's Chorus was founded in 1987 by Judy Meyer Hays and since then has become one of the Chicago area's premiere children's choruses. Supported by the Palatine Park District, the PCC program has grown to include children as young as 4 and as old as 18 in 6 individual choirs led by 6 adult staff. Under Artistic Director Susan Falbo's leadership (1994-2012), Concert and Honors choirs began touring in 1997, experiencing cultures and music as far east as Vienna and as far west as Hawaii. During our 25th "Dare to Dream" anniversary year, we focused on new goals and opportunities for all of our singers, even our youngest, and rededicated our energy to our mission, giving children enthusiastic, energetic music education and outstanding performance opportunities.
