Mixed Community Chorus

Based in Montclair, NJ

For more than 60 years, The Oratorio Society of New Jersey (OSNJ) has contributed to the vitality of culture in northern New Jersey. We perform the magnificent music of oratorios, cantatas, and related genres composed from the Baroque era to the present. Our members have joined OSNJ because they love choral singing, especially under the guidance of our gifted music director, Dr. Sandor Szabo.

The communities we serve are proud of our presence, and we are in turn proud that the sounds of Bach, Brahms, Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Mozart, Poulenc and many others have enriched the lives of thousands of listeners over the years.
