Male Barbershop Chorus

Based in Albuquerque, NM

The Duke City Sound is a barbershop chorus representing the Bernalillo County Chapter in the Rocky Mountain District of the Barbershop Harmony Society. The chorus draws its members from throughout Bernalillo county, including the cities of Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.

We are looking for more men to join us in singing barbershop music, ringing chords, and learning the advanced skills needed to take both quartet and ensemble singing to district competition and beyond

Founded - 1988.   A Cappella.   Auditioned.

Audition Policy - We’d love to have you stop by just to listen or join us on the risers for a song or two. Young or old, short or tall, If you've got a voice, you'll have a ball!

Rehearsal Information - Thursday evenings 7:00-9:00
