Better Together History
Anthony and Andrew met in college at Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia. After college they sang together in their barbershop quartet, Da Capo. It just so happened that both married singers; Elizabeth is an elementary music educator and Heather sings in the Sweet Adeline international quartet champions, Class Ring. With so much in common and a very convenient combined vocal range, becoming a mixed quartet seemed like a very logical thing. Although rehearsals often mean working with several little feet and voices adding their own sounds (each couple had two young children!), it is completely worth it to be able to spend more time together. |
