Based in: Middletown, United States.

The McGuire Sisters, Phyllis, Dorothy and Christine, have come a long way from the tiny church in Middletown, Ohio where they began singing when Phyllis (the youngest) was four years old in 1935. Their classic harmony is as timeless and smooth today as it was in 1952 when they burst upon the music scene. During their outstanding 46-year career they managed to rack up a long list of hits - such as "Sincerely," "Just for Old Times Sake," "Goodnight, Sweetheart, Goodnight," "He," "Sugartime," and "Muskrat Ramble" - just to name a few.

The girls' first singing experiences were in the church in Middletown, Ohio where their mother was an ordained minister. They sang at weddings, funerals, and church revivals, displaying a natural, melodious harmony that soon brought them to the attention of the public. By 1949, they were singing at veterans hospitals, military bases and church functions. It was during this time that the sisters learned music other than the hymns and inspirational songs they were used to doing and they incorporated the new material into their repertoire.

The sisters got their "big break" on the Arthur Godfrey Talent Scouts show in 1952 and remained there for seven years. They became one of the most well known vocal groups in the country in the 50s and 60s, appearing on top TV shows, performing at the White House for five presidents, and performing before the Queen of England. They were so popular that they, as representatives for Coca-Cola, received the highest fee in advertising history up to that time.

They are now back together as an act. Just as their music touched the lives of many across America and all around the world in the past, so it has now. Their sweet, nostalgic sound has longtime fans waiting in line to see them, as they are joined by new young fans. Their music has bridged the generation gap and The McGuire Sisters are a hit once again. They have recently been inducted into the Coca-Cola Hall of Fame as well as the Headliners Hall of Fame. The sisters balance active social lives with engagements around the world, from Las Vegas to Chicago's Drury Lane Theatre.
