Malakatumba was born as a game, using imitating sounds and vocables that could form words with resonances t other languages. there really is no meaning to the sounds. It opens with a 4 voice canon on top of a 3 voice harmonic base. Each voice builds a fun ostinato with colorful harmonies and the use of body percussion as a festive element.
