61 years ago in October 1961, the song "Moon River" was introduced to the world in the "Breakfast at Tiffany's". Did you know that the song was almost cut from the movie? Thank goodness Audrey Hepburn told the president of Paramount Pictures they would cut it out of the movie over her dead body!

Saved by Hepburn, the song went on to win the Oscar for Best Original Song (and many other awards) and beautifully enrich our music world.
