Each of the 4 members (3 men, 1 woman) of The Allures is a vocal group veteran of the 50s and 60s Doo Wop scene. Formed in 1983 at a United Group Harmony Show, The Allures have become an all-time favorite of the Doo-Wop circuit. Favorites among these 12 songs are 'Gloria,' 'Why Won't You Believe Me,' 'Chapel of Dreams,' 'I Believe,' 'The Shrine of St. Cecilia,' 'Magic Moon' and 'Last Night I Dreamed.' We heard some of this material for the first time, and we enjoyed every cut!
