Tenor: Elaine Ramberg Lead: Heidi Dick Baritone: Linda Wetterlin Bass: Jan Rick
These four talented women began their musical journey in September of 1994. By their 10th anniversary they had earned 4 Regional Championships and competed six times in the Sweet Adelines International Quartet Contest, placing as high as 24th. "Keepin'" is the group's debut album, 14 spirited, personalized takes on chestnuts like "Blue Skies," "Lazy River," "Don't Break the Heart that Loves You," "It's a Good Day," "Two Tickets to Georgia" medley, "Miss Celie's Blues," "Lullabye of Birdland," "You Must Have Been A Beautiful Baby," "Your Make Me Feel So Young" and the final cut, "That's How You Jazz." An impressive debut, and some very nice Sweet Adelines harmonies and ringing chords from Chord Company. |
