The mission of the Vocal Majority is to bring four part a cappella harmony to the ears and hearts of the whole world. As of this recording, in 1997, they had been singing as members of the Dallas Metropolitan Chapter of SPEBSQSA for 25 years. They have won the International Chorus Championship seven times. Just imagine over 150 singers in one location, singing their hearts out! Then find out the reality is greater than the imagination with this recording of spiritual, sacred, and inspirational music. "You'll Never Walk Alone," "I Walked Today Where Jesus Walked" (with pipe organ) and "The Lord's Prayer" are just as full and rich as you would expect. The most unusual arrangement is "A Tribute To World Peace" which features Acoustix and the Dallas Knights in addition to the full chorus. Listen to Joshua Fit the Battle at Jericho in RealAudio. |
