Three women and two men from Finland have created the most exciting first release we've had the pleasure of bringing you in some time. Great voices enhance marvelously clever arrangements of well known tunes. Some are in English, some in Finish, and some in scat. If you imagine someone crossed the Real Group with Five Live in a 30/70 mix, that would sort of describe the singing on this finely crafted recording. Take familiar tunes such as Peggy Lee's "Fire," Suzanne Vega's "Tom's Diner," Toto's "Africa," and Duke Ellingtons "Don't Get Around Much Anymore" and then prepare yourself for some exciting, truly original interpretations.
