We had the pleasure of hearing the 6 male voices of T Minus 5 at the 2001 Harmony Sweeps Finals, where they performed as Rocky Mountain Regional Champs. The tight harmonies, country flavor and humor that wowed the crowd that night are present in spades on ÉAnd Counting. In fact, 'You Can Depend On Me,' 'Grow Old With You,' the hilarious 'Redneck Avenger,' 'Welcome To The Jungle' (which sounds suspiciously like 'The Lion Sleeps Tonight'), and 'Pie Jesu' were all part of their electric 12-minute performance. 'Best Years of our Lives,' from 'Shrek,' 'I Love You,' 'Precious Lord,' Paul Simon's 'You Can Call Me Al,' U2's 'All I Want,' John Fogerty's classic 'Down On The Corner' and 'Pie Jesu'Ðit's all good stuff. The guys are having fun up there, letting it all hang out with the confident spirit of born performers. One of the most impressive first CDs we've heard!
