9-man SNC, one of the best all-male Collegiate ensembles, was founded in 1996 at Indiana University. Since then they have won multiple CARA awards and released 5 excellent CDs. 'Indiana' is their 5th, and if their love for their Alma Mater was not clear from the lovely campus photos and vintage pics in the liner notes, the title tune, the autobiographical 'SNC 2000' and the Glee-clubbish 'IU Medley' leave no doubt. Sweet covers of 'When Can I See You Again,' 'I've Got You Under My Skin,' 'In the Cool, Cool, Cool of the Evening,' 'Stardust/Back Home Again' medley,' and John Cougar Mellencamp's Midwest anthem 'Jack and Diane' are also favorites, as is a live bonus cut, recorded at IU Auditorium in 2000. The 1999-2000 and 2000-2001 versions of SNC are featured on these 10 cuts. Wonderful harmonies and entertaining material throughout by these talented college men!
