If you are a fan of either the King'singers or the Beatles music this is a wonderful recording. While they are performing with the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra, under the direction of Erich Kunzel, which provides the instrumental backing for the vocals on several of the sixteen songs. Most of the tunes are either the King'singers creating their own vocal instrumentation within their arrangements or the orchestra itself, unaccompanied by the singers. The mix of vocal and orchestral is a fascinating and wonderful tribute to the four men of whom the Queen of England spoke when she remarked on her golden wedding anniversary, 'Think what we would have missed if we had never heard the Beatles.'
