The Golden Gospel Singers were founded by Bob Singleton in 1991 in a small country church in Northern Germany. Bob had been hoping for an opportunity to take some of his most talented gospel singer friends to Europe. Early on, all members came from Harlem, USA, today, however, touring artists come from all over the USA, auditioning formally or even over the telephone, trying to win the European tour opportunity. The artists on 'A Cappella Praise' are Ernest 'Von' Vaughan, keyboards/vocals, James Penn, guitar/bass/vocals, Praylonn Prince, drums/vocals, Lauren Moss, Veronica Dawkins, Owen Nixon and Deirdre Valentine, vocals.
